Reservation and Security Deposit
Fees will apply if the number of guests does not match the initial reservation.
A $300 refundable damage deposit will be taken upon arrival and refunded at the end of your stay.
Smoke-Free Property
Monsieur Jean is a smoke-free building. Smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes and marijuana within the suites and commun areas is strictly prohibited. A fine up to $500 will be charged if the policy is not respected or if any smell is present upon departure.
