AT MONSIEUR JEAN, OUR CONCIERGE SANDRINE CAMUS SHARES HER EXPERTISE AND PASSION WITH YOU.

Attentive and dedicated, she turns every interaction into a special moment, offering an immersion into the art of living. Share your wishes with her, and she will bring them to life, making your stay unforgettable.

Here are her favorite picks for the month.

CANYON SAINTE-ANNE • St-Joakim • 35 min. driving from the hotel

This one’s for those who aren’t afraid of heights!

I highly recommend a dizzying crossing 60 metres above a river, on the highest suspension bridge in Québec.

That’s exactly what Canyon Sainte-Anne offers, nestled between cliffs carved by nature over a billion years ago and home to a stunning 74-metre waterfall. Not quite the daredevil type? No worries—there’s also a trail with two other suspension bridges (less high but just as charming), and you can even bring your furry companion along.

Craving even more thrills? Don’t miss Air Canyon, an exclusive attraction in a Canadian nature park—a seated zipline ride for two that soars over the trees at more than 50 km/h.a

DON VEGAN • 97 du Sault-au-Matelot St. • 10-minute walk

Looking for plant-based cuisine that even hardcore carnivores will crave? Don Vegan rises to the challenge with flair!

Expect bold, colourful, and generous dishes that never compromise on flavor—all served in a velvet-and-pop-art setting that echoes the whimsical world of Monsieur Jean.
Start with shareable bites like their crispy panko cauliflower or delicate polpettes al pomodoro made with sunflower spread—absolute delights. Then, dive into one of their standout mains: creamy gnocchi in cashew sauce with caramelized onions, a burrito bowl loaded with pulled jackfruit and fresh pico de gallo, or their four-mushroom fettuccine—a fungi feast worth raving about.

Can’t decide? Try a bit of everything during their tasting Happy Hours, Thursday to Sunday from 8 p.m., with half-priced half-portions.

BIKE RENTAL

With the return of warm weather, I truly believe there’s no better way to explore Québec than by bike. Just a few pedal strokes in any direction and you’re bound to stumble upon hidden gems—while enjoying the fresh air (and skipping the hassle of parking!).

During your stay, feel free to ask me for a personalized route based on your preferences and skill level. Our partners offer a full range of traditional and electric bikes, along with all the gear you need for a comfortable ride. As for me? I’m all about e-bikes in Québec—no hill can stop me!
Must-ride routes include:
The Corridor du Littoral and the Promenade Samuel-De Champlain
A scenic ride to Domaine Maizerets, then sunbathing at Baie de Beauport
A countryside escape to the stunning Montmorency Falls
